Piano Trio TONKUNST
Elisabeth Fürniss, Koh Gabriel Kameda and Peter von Wienhardt is joy of music cubed since 2004. Over the years of developing their art, the idea to play original arrangements has grown into their manifest motto. Their programs are unique. Additionally, the three internationally acclaimed artists eloquently and humorously guide the public through the interesting and thought-provoking elements of their themed programs in English, German, Hungarian, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The themed programs aim to enchant, surprise, beguile and entertain through the expression of the trio’s joy of music. Concertgoers and press articulate equally their delight at the uniqueness of the evenings.
The three soloists are internationally arrived virtuosi. No matter that arranger and pianist Peter von Wienhardt demands preposterously difficult ideas, the players – though under protest – will play anything.
“Music must be experienced live. Despite laudable efforts of the last years, we have learned this,” says the trio in unison. There will be no CDs in the coming time; “People must come in person to experience our music.
